Winterfest 2025 will be on March 6-9 at the Laconte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. This trip is open to any student in 6th-12th grade who would like to attend. This is always an exciting weekend and this year's will be no different! Space is limited so make plans to join us and register below!

9:00am- Leave RPC

3:00pm- Leave for the Hotel

4:30pm- Dinner

5:15pm- Leave for Service (LeConte Center)

11:00pm- Snack and Evening Small Groups 

12:00am- Lights Out


Saturday, March 8th-


7:30am Breakfast

8:30am- Leave for Service 

12:30pm/1:00pm- Lunch

1:00pm- Activity

4:30pm- Dinner

Winterfest Cost


The total price to send a student to Winterfest is $175. Due to needing to purchase tickets, students will need to pay $50 deposit by Wednesday, January, 29. This deposit is nonrefundable. The price of Winterfest includes, a ticket to the conference, lodging in a hotel room, transportation, and all meals that are listed on the schedule. Students will need additional money for dinner on Thursday night and lunch on Sunday. Students are also encouraged to bring funds for souvenirs and items they would like to purchase on their own. Fundraiser 


In order to offset the cost of Winterfest RPC students will be hosting a chocolate covered strawberry and Oreo ball fundraiser. Students will be given order forms where they will sell chocolate covered strawberries or Oreo balls to family and friends. Students will make $13 per each dozen sold to go towards the cost of their trip. 


On Wednesday 2/12 we will be dipping strawberries and making Oreo balls. That evening your students order will go home with their them. Students are responsible for delivering any orders. Order forms are due by Wednesday, 2/5. Please see attached fundraiser form. If you are interested in helping students on Wednesday, 2/12 please see Pastor Rachel or Pastor Kevin.


Parent Meeting


We will have a parent meeting on 1/15 following the Wednesday night service to answer any questions as well as a parent meeting on 2/26 following the Wednesday night service to give out information on trip expectations as well as a detailed list of items your student will need to bring.
