Our desire here at RPC is that our facilities be used for the fellowship of our members and always for the Glory of God. We do occasionally make our facilities available to approved* non-member persons & groups.
Any request for the use of our facilities must be made at least two weeks prior to your event. Requests for reservations can only be made by filling out the online form and also reading and signing the reservation guidelines** linked below. No requests can be made by telephone or email. A request does not guarantee a reservation. Please read through each option and if you have any questions you can email us at [email protected] Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm.
*Non-member persons or groups are subject to approval by the facilities director and/or Pastoral staff. Facility use will not be permitted to persons or groups holding, advancing, or advocating beliefs, or engaging in practices that conflict with the church's faith or moral teachings.
