On Tuesday, September 15th, we will leave for Nashville, TN, for a three-day, two-night trip. Below is the itinerary for this trip. A more detailed itinerary will be available as we get closer to the date of the event.

9/15-9/17- 

Tuesday, 9/15

10:00 am (EST): Depart from RPC

11:15 am (CST): Lunch at Demos

1:45 pm (CST) Arrive at Gaylord Opryland to tour gardens

4:20 pm (CST) Check- in to Hotel

5:30 pm (CST) Dinner at Monell’s

8:30 pm (CST) Bingo and Group Games

Wednesday, 9/16

Breakfast at the Hotel

10:00 am (CST): Depart for the General Jackson Showboat

2:45 pm (CST): Return to the Hotel 

4:00 pm (CST): Leave for Shopping at Opry Mills

6:00 pm (CST): Dinner at Paula Deans 

9:00 pm (CST): Bingo & Group Games

Thursday, 9/17:

Breakfast at the Hotel 

9:00 am (CST): Depart for Tennessee State Museum Tour

11:30 am (CST): Lunch at Caney Fork River Grill and Shopping at Music Valley

2:30 pm (CST): Depart for home 

3:45 (CST): Stop at Loves in Manchester for a bathroom break

6:45 (EST): Arrive at RPC 

The cost is $360 per person, with a $100 Non-refundable deposit required by August 1st. Trip cost includes all transportation, lodging, admission (and lunch) for the General Jackson Showboat, and continental breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday.

Lunch & Dinner on Tuesday, Dinner on Wednesday, and Lunch on Thursday will be at your own expense. 

Payment Schedule:

$100- Deposit by 8/1/26

$100- Second Payment by 8/15/26

$160- Final Payment by 9/1/26
